Steve Robertson is the Owner and Founder of Prime Property Solutions, a full-service short-term rental management company dedicated to delivering exceptional results for property owners and guests alike. With years of hands-on experience owning and managing high-performing vacation rentals, Steve launched Prime Property Solutions with a clear mission: to provide comprehensive, turnkey property management that ensures operational excellence, maximized returns, and peace of mind for homeowners.

Steve and his team oversees all aspects of the business—from guest communications and bookings to property setup, maintenance, and revenue optimization. His commitment to quality, professionalism, and five-star hospitality has made him a trusted partner in the short-term rental space.

Originally from Wilsonville, Oregon, Steve earned a Division I tennis scholarship to Boise State University, where he studied Communications. Following his collegiate career, he competed professionally in tennis, later founding a successful junior tennis academy. In parallel, Steve built a strong portfolio as a real estate investor, which ultimately fueled his transition into full-time property management.

Steve currently resides in Wilsonville with his wife, Stephanie, his son Jack, two dogs (Moose and Hadley), and their cat, Puss ’N Boots. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, outdoor recreation, and staying active through competitive tennis.
