Owner/Founder
After years of owning and managing many successful short term and vacation rentals, Steve decided to pursue his passion of exceptional hosting with others. Steve wanted to develop a full service short term management company that really takes care of all aspects of renting your property. Truly allowing the owner to sit back and relax, knowing our approach, will leave your investment in safe hands. Born and raised in Wilsonville, Oregon, Steve received a scholarship to play tennis at Boise State University, where he studied communications. After college, Steve played professional tennis, built a junior tennis academy and became an avid real estate investor. Steve and his wife, Stephanie, currently reside in Wilsonville, Oregon with his son, Jack, 2 dogs (Moose & Hadley) and cat (Puss N Boots). In his free time, he loves traveling with his family, being active outdoors and still playing competitive tennis.
